Our Welsh Pad in Prestatyn

A Peaceful Holiday Home on the North Coast of Wales

The beauty of our location in Prestatyn is its peace and quiet, along with easy access to beautiful sea and countryside, that makes it perfect for short breaks or long laid back holidays.

Our caravan is nestled a stone’s throw from the beach at Lyons Lido Beach Holiday Park, and just a couple of minutes walk from award winning Blue Flag beaches and golden sands stretching for miles both east and west.

It’s the perfect spot to go for long walks or just sit and watch the tide roll away. Take a stroll along the coastal path and see families building sandcastles or flying kites on the beaches. Sit at the beach bar sipping cocktails and watch the sunset… its an amazing place to be!

Our roomy privately owned caravan has two bedrooms; a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite with shower and a twin bedroom. The maximum occupancy is four. Children are very welcome as this is the perfect place for a family holiday.  Sorry no smoking or same sex groups. I’m really sorry but we do not allow pets into our caravan.

Duvets and pillows will be provided but please bring your own bed linen and towels. Rather than you have to shop for cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc., and lug them back, they are all provided. All I ask is that guests replace items if they happen to be the person who finishes them.

Our comfortable lounge area with corner seating allows you to sit and watch your favourite Netflix movie whilst chilling with a glass of wine using our unlimited free WiFi

Outside, French doors open onto balcony decking with views of the Clwydian Range, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is also a patio with table and chairs and a beautiful grassed area where the children can play safely, there is also room for off road parking.

Discover Prestatyn

Lido Beach is a homely, quiet and friendly family owned site with a small café/take away, a launderette, children’s play area, tennis and soft ball courts (site map).

From Lido Beach a five minute walk takes you into Prestatyn town, passing the railway station. From here you can take a five minute journey to the Seaquarium or Suncenter in Rhyl or maybe let the train take the strain for a day trip east to Chester or west to Llandudno.

Up and coming, Prestatyn has an array of individual shops and four days a week holds a market or car boot sale. The new retail park includes Tesco and M&S. On and around the High Street there is pottery painting, yoga, pubs and restaurants, a Cinema and Art Centre, a beautiful church and Artisan’s collective. There is a café for every day of the week!

Locally there is an indoor bowls centre, windsurfing and sailing, sea fishing, Bodrhyddan Gardens, Rhuddlan castle and Rhaedr Waterfall. The hillside inland of Prestatyn forms the start of the Clwydian Range and Dee Valley, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
